All our cleaning partners are evaluated for legal status and experience. Every evaluation is a multi-stage process, and we personally interview every cleaning partner before they are allowed to take jobs on our platform. Our cleaning partners include freelance service providers, cleaning agencies and professional cleaning companies. For freelance service providers, under Singapore law, only Singapore citizens and permanent residents are allowed to do part-time domestic cleaning work. Individuals such as maids on day-off are prohibited from freelancing, and there are heavy penalties if caught.  Fun fact: The latest average customer rating for providers assigned through Helpling Singapore was 4.9/5.0 over a few hundred reviews!
