At Helpling, we believe in transparency and empowering you, our valued customer, with control over your cleaning experience. Here's what you need to know about our pricing and fees:
1. Customized Pricing:
When you book a cleaning service with Helpling, you have the flexibility to define your preferred price range for cleaning services. This means that you will be matched with cleaners whose hourly rates fall within your specified range.
2. Recurring and Ad-Hoc Rates:
Our recurring cleaning rate starts at just S$23 per hour, offering you an affordable option for regular cleaning.
For one-time or ad-hoc bookings, the rate begins at S$26 per hour.
To qualify for the recurring rate, simply book and complete three or more cleaning sessions. If not, your past events will be considered ad-hoc bookings at the ad-hoc rate.
3. Weekend Surcharge:
We understand that weekends can be a popular time for cleaning. Therefore, there is a flat S$10 weekend surcharge for events scheduled on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (except for booking starts after 6pm). This surcharge helps us meet high weekend demand.
4. Service Fee:
We charge a nominal S$3.90 service fee for all bookings. This fee covers essential platform services and quality assurance, including cleaner liability insurance, telephone and email support, secure online payment processing, and efficient booking management.
5. Cancellation Policy:
We value the time and commitment of our cleaning providers. If you need to cancel an event, please do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. For cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, a cancellation fee of 50% of the event price will apply. This fee is to compensate our providers who may not have enough time to secure another booking.
