In the unlikely event that you’re not happy with your booking, please send an email to contact@helpling.sg within 24 hours. We will follow up as quickly as possible and come to a satisfactory resolution for everyone involved.


If you have a weekly or fortnightly booking and you’re not happy with your cleaner, let us know and we’ll find a replacement for you. This is especially important if you’re still within your 3-month minimum commitment period.
