Log in to your Helpling.com.sg account. Click on "Home", 'Manage this Relationship' and find the booking you want to change, then click ‘Make a Change' followed by the 'Cancel this Booking' button.


If you wish to cancel because you were unhappy with the service provided, please let us know and we will do everything we can to resolve your issue, including finding a new cleaner.


Please note: if you cancel a booking with fewer than 24 hours notice, your cleaner can charge the full price of the agreed cleaning service. Customers with a weekly or fortnightly booking who have not done 5 cleans will be converted into the ad-hoc price.
