You find the message function in your customer account. On your home page please click on "Message" under the cleaner's profile. Your conversation history is also shown here. Only you and your cleaner can read those messages. Our messaging system is free of charge, and we highly encourage you to share your expectations before you meet your cleaners. 

Please note that if you write a comment into the notes box during the booking process it can be read by all cleaners who receive the booking request.
