You can view and download all your invoices in your Helpling account once the cleaning has been charged.


To access your invoices:

1. Log in to your account.
2. Click on the 'Invoices' tab in the main menu.

Here, you can download individual invoices or use the 'Bulk download invoices' option to retrieve all invoices for a selected year.

Please note: Each booking generates two separate invoices - one for the cleaning cost and another for any applicable Service Fees/Surcharges.
