You can access and download your invoices in a PDF format from your Helpling account once the cleaning has been charged. To do so, simply click on “Invoices” at the top of the page and select the invoice corresponding to the cleaning date.
Please note that each event has 2 different invoices. One is for the actual cleaning cost, and a separate invoice is generated for the Service Fee and Weekend Surcharge (if applicable).
