1. Base Rates & Pricing Model
- We offer both recurring and one-off cleaning rates to suit different needs. Recurring cleanings are ideal if you’d like a regular schedule and come at a lower hourly rate, while one-off cleanings are great for ad-hoc or occasional sessions.

2. Weekend / Peak Surcharge
- A flat $10 weekend surcharge applies to all bookings scheduled on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday (except for sessions starting after 6pm).
- This surcharge helps ensure fair compensation for cleaners during peak-demand periods.

3. Service Fee
- A S$3.90 service fee applies to all bookings. This covers essential platform services such as:
- Cleaner liability insurance
- Secure online payments
- Customer support (via WhatsApp, phone, and email)
- Booking management and quality assurance

4. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled session are free of charge.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session will incur a 100% cancellation fee, and no-shows or access issues will also be treated as late cancellations.

5. Additional Services
- Extra tasks such as deep cleaning, ironing, or window cleaning may incur additional costs.
- Any extra fees will always be communicated and confirmed before proceeding.

6. No Hidden Fees
- All pricing is displayed clearly during booking and there are no agency markups, long-term contracts, or hidden charges.
