Enter your details, the expected duration, and the preferred frequency of your cleaning sessions. You can also set your preferred price range based on what you’re comfortable paying for cleaning services.
Once your booking is submitted, our team will process your request. As soon as a cleaner is matched to your booking, you’ll receive a WhatsApp message and an email confirmation with the cleaner’s details. You can then communicate directly with the cleaner through the app or website to discuss your expectations and any special requirements before the first session.
Please note that weekly (“Weekly Booking”) and fortnightly (“Fortnightly Booking”) cleaning services come with a minimum commitment of three sessions to enjoy the recurring rate. If a customer chooses a recurring service but cancels all future sessions before completing at least three bookings, ad-hoc rates will apply to all past sessions.
If you’re new to Helpling, we recommend starting with a one-off cleaning session to experience our service first. Once your session has been completed, your selected payment method will be charged.
