Relax and Wait for Confirmation: Your request is sent to vetted professionals right away. You’ll receive an email confirmation as soon as your booking is finalized.
Cleaning Supplies: Please ensure you have all the necessary cleaning products and equipment available in your home.
Priorities List: Write down a short list of priorities (e.g., focus on the kitchen and bathrooms first). This helps your professional know exactly what you need!
On the Day of Your Service
Home Access: It’s best to be home to greet your professional. If not, you can arrange key handover with them directly, but please note that Helpling does not manage key exchange.
Meet & Greet: When your professional arrives, take a moment to introduce yourself, show them around, and share your priorities list.
After Your Service
Payment: Your payment will be processed automatically via the app after the booking.
Feedback: The best way to improve is to chat directly with your professional about your experience. We will also ask for your review after each session. This is crucial for helping them (and us!) maintain high standards.
