You can update your personal details by logging into your Helpling account and clicking on your name in the top right corner, then 'My Details'. You will need to re-enter your password to make changes to your account details.
You can request a change to the date, time or frequency of your booking by logging into your account, and clicking 'Manage this relationship'. After, select the booking you want to alter and hit 'Make a change'. Click on the blue button 'Change this booking' and enter the details you'd like to change and the new details will be sent to your cleaner for their confirmation. If your cleaner accepts the new date, time or frequency, you'll receive an email confirming the change. If the cleaner cannot accept the change we will also contact you.
