You can request a change to the date or time of a one-off booking by logging into your Helpling account.
Click on the booking that you wish to change, then click "Reschedule appointment"
Please feel free to contact your cleaner directly beforehand to find out if they are available at the new time, as this makes it more likely they can accommodate it. You can also give Helpling a ring at 31583871 for faster resolution
