We understand that pricing is an important consideration for our customers. Currently, the recurring rate starts at S$23 per hour and the one-off rate starts at S$26 per hour. Our platform ensures that you are only presented with household professionals who fit your budget.
Additionally, there is a S$3.90 service fee for all bookings. This fee includes platform and quality assurance services such as cleaner liability insurance, telephone and email support, online payment processing, and booking management. For events that happen in the morning and afternoon on Friday, Saturday and Sunday before 6pm, there is a flat S$10 surcharge due to high demand.
If you need to cancel your booking, please do so 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. The fee is 100% of the event price and goes to the household professional because they don't have enough time to take another job.
