You can communicate with us or the household professional through the messaging function in your customer account, which can be found by clicking the chat icon at the top right of the page. You can also communicate with the household professional by clicking on “All Appointments” at the top of the page and then clicking on the next session you will be having with the household professional, followed by clicking “Chat”.


Our messaging system is free of charge, and we highly encourage you to share your expectations before you meet your cleaners or to ask for assistance from our Home Advisors team. It's important to note that your conversation history with the household professional can only be accessed by you and them.
