At Helpling, you are free to try out our services by booking a one-off cleaning without any minimum commitment. However, if you opt for a recurring service (weekly or fortnightly), we require a minimum commitment of 3 sessions. This means that within 7 weeks of your first booking for weekly customers and 14 weeks for fortnightly customers, you must complete at least 3 bookings with the same household professional for the same day and time.
If you need to amend or cancel a booking, please contact us at 6531583871 immediately. Please note that the commitment is to the Helpling platform, and you can change your household professional if you wish to do so.
In case you choose to cancel your bookings before fulfilling your 3-sessions commitment, the past bookings will be converted to a one-off rate. It is important to note that we do not accept requests for specialized cleaning such as post-renovation and move-out cleaning from our household professionals. In such cases, please refer to our dedicated service pages for more information.
