For new customers:
Getting started is easy! Just go to https://www.helpling.com.sg/ and enter your postcode, preferred cleaning date, duration, frequency, and any add-on services you’d like. You can also choose from our service tiers: Classic, Signature, or Prestige.
Once your request is submitted, our matching team will find the helper that best suits your home. As soon as your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive an email notification. You can also use the app to chat directly with your helper or our Home Advisors for any questions or special requests before your first session.
For existing customers without a current cleaner:
Log in to your customer account and click on ‘New Booking’ from your homepage. Choose Home Cleaning to find a new helper for either a one-off or recurring session.
If you’d like to rebook a previous helper, go to ‘All Appointments’, select your preferred helper from past sessions, and click ‘Make a New Request’ to choose a convenient slot. Our team will then confirm availability and get back to you promptly.
