Once you complete your booking, you’ll receive two emails. One will confirm your booking, and the other will help you set up your personal customer account if you don’t already have one.

Please keep in mind that a successful booking request doesn’t automatically mean your appointment is confirmed. You’ll receive a notification as soon as a helper has accepted your booking. After that, you can view all the confirmed appointment details and your helper’s information right in your account.

You also don’t need to worry about payment. You won’t be charged until a helper has been successfully matched and your session is completed. Your card details are securely stored, and no charges will be made before your cleaning session.
