One-Off Clean: No commitment required! Book a single clean whenever you need one.
Recurring Clean (Weekly or Fortnightly): To make sure you get a consistent schedule and the same great helper, we ask for a minimum commitment of 3 sessions.
Your Flexibility is Key:
Rest assured, this commitment is to using the Helpling platform, not to the individual cleaner. You can request a different household professional if you need to.
Cancellation Policy: If you stop your recurring service before the 3 sessions are complete, the cleans you've already had will be re-priced to the standard one-off rate. If you need to make any changes, please contact our support team.
