If you cancel within 24 hours of the booking start time, a 100% cancellation fee will apply, as our cleaners have already reserved their time for you.
For recurring cleaning services, if you cancel all future bookings before completing at least 3 sessions, the ad-hoc cleaning rates will apply to your previous sessions.
