Cancel a Single Session
Log in to your Helpling account at https://www.helpling.com.sg/ and go to All Appointments.
Select the booking you wish to cancel, click Cancel Appointment, choose a reason for the cancellation, and confirm to complete the process
End All Sessions
If you wish to stop all future bookings, go to Orders, click Manage on the relevant booking, select End Recurring Relationship, provide your reason, and confirm the cancellation.
