If you need to provide your household professional with access to your home, you can easily communicate the location of your keys through the Helpling app. Once your booking is confirmed, log in to your account and click on "All appointments" at the top of the page. Then, select the session you have scheduled and click "Chat." From there, you can message your household professional directly to let them know where to pick up the keys.
