We recommend being around for the first session so you can meet your household professional and share any special requests or preferences.
If you cannot make it, we would suggest being present at the start or end of the session in case the helpers have any questions, especially since it is their first time at your home.
If you can’t be there at all, no worries. You can leave a note in your booking with key instructions, or go to your order, click Manage, select Cleaning Instructions, and write your requests there.
