Cleaning Products: Please ensure that you have all the necessary cleaning products at home. If you don't have any, you can find our recommended materials on this page (https://bit.ly/3yXc787).


Access to your Home: It's best if you're at home for all bookings, but if that's not possible, you can give your household professional a key. However, please remember that Helpling takes no part in the key-handling process.


Cleaning Priorities: Every customer is different, so please write down a list of priorities for your household professional. This will help them tailor their work to you. You can also chat with your household professional through the app by logging in to your Helpling account.


Meet & Greet: When your household professional arrives, introduce yourself and show them around your home. Remember the list of priorities you made! This will help you both get the best clean possible.


Payment: Your household professional will take payment within 2-3 days of your booking through the app. Don't worry, they'll let us know if anything has changed.


Feedback: The easiest way to give feedback is directly to your household professional. We've found that most issues can be ironed out with a quick chat! We'll also ask for feedback after each session takes place (for every new relationship). This lets your household professional (and us!) know whether they're doing a good job.
